Non Runners
The Non Runners window is only shown when there are Non Runners in the loaded market. When the window is rolled up the header displays the number of Non Runners.

When expanded the window displays the name of each withdrawn selection, the Reduction Factor for that selection and the time it was withdrawn. By right clicking on the header it brings up the various options for this window.

Horizontal Grid Lines - turns on/off the horizontal grid lines
Vertical Grid Lines - turns on/off the vertical grid lines
